We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
The Returns Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our dedicated customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and specific instructions for returning your item(s). Please do not ship anything back to us without first receiving these instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused and undamaged item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

- In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
